Andrea M. Tytell is an accomplished attorney and advocate who prefers a personal, direct approach to client care. Her integrity, expertise, and commitment to her clients has garnered her an outstanding reputation among her clients and colleagues alike.
Ms. Tytell has served as minor's counsel in the Superior Court of Los Angeles where she advised judges about custodial needs of children, specifically children with special needs. Ms. Tytell engages in community outreach projects to educate the public and has spoken before many audiences, including the Association of Junior Blind and the Tourette Association.
Ms. Tytell obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, where she graduated with high honors. Prior to law school, she graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice.
During her free time, Ms. Tytell enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs, children and grandchildren.
Ms. Tytell is bilingual and is fluent in Spanish. She is authorized to practice law in all California state courts, as well as all United States District Courts throughout California.

In her first professional position, Ms. Cortes taught high school Spanish. From there, Ms. Cortes earned a PhD in linguistics and became a tenured professor at the University of Barcelona. While in Barcelona, Ms. Cortes became licensed as an attorney in Spain.
Ms. Cortes is licensed to practice law in all California state courts, and has been proudly doing so since 2010.
